Rolling Diagnols 
This is a wonderful lesson that requires the coordination of all of yourself. For many it particularly opens up the back.

This lesson is done prone and especially improves comfort and mobility of the chest and neck.

Standing from a Chair and from the Floor 
This CD contains 2 lessons taught back to back. The first improves getting up out of a chair (as well as sitting back down!). The second teaches a fun and easy way to get up off of the floor and then back down.

Small Tall 
In this lesson movements of flexing and extending are used to help you get a clearer sense of yourself from front to back. Done while lying on your side, this one often leaves people feeling taller, broader in the chest, and more fluid in walking.

This lesson, done mostly lying on your side, will help you soften the ribs and neck, improve breathing and help you coordinate your movements so that you can move your arms (and the rest of yourself!) with less effort and strain.
